Degree Residential Inc. specializes in heating & cooling for Residential. Unfortunately sometimes things aren’t as ideal and you’re literally left in the cold. Degree’s expert service team is available 24 hours a day to accommodate any residential heating or cooling issue you may have. We repair, replace and service a variety of heating systems including central heat pumps, ductless heat pumps, heat recovery ventilators (HRV), and geothermal heat pumps.

We highly recommend semi annual/annual regular maintenance to your heat pump. We offer a 10 point inspection plan to ensure efficiencies and also to catch a minor issues before becoming large problems.  Please call for details.

Ductless Heat Pumps:

Basic Maintenance – $142.00 Plus Tax – Additional $99 for each additional head

• Clean air filters
• Clean indoor and outdoor casings**
• Check and test drain
• Clean outdoor drain pan**
• Check temperatures
• Check electrical connections
• Check remote settings and proper operations
• Replace batteries in remote

Regular Maintenance – $215.00 Plus Tax – Additional $99 for each additional head

• Clean air filters
• Clean indoor and outdoor casings**
• Clean indoor coil
• Clean drain pan inside and outside**
• Check over outdoor unit
• Check electrical connections
• Check remote settings and proper operations
• Replace batteries in remote

Deep Clean Maintenance – $275.00 Plus Tax – Additional $150 for each additional head

• Full bib kit cleaning of indoor unit using pressure washer
• Clean air filters
• Check and test drain
• Clean outdoor coils
• Check temperatures
• Check electrical connections
• Check remote settings and proper operations
• Replace batteries in remote

Additional cost for HRV $78.00
*Filters are not included and can be purchased separately through our service department.
**Outdoor temperatures may not allow.

Central Heat Pumps:

Basic Maintenance – $165.00 Plus Tax

• Check temperatures across coil to ensure proper operation
• Clean or change air filters (new filter not included in cost)
• Clean drain, p-trap, and condensate pump
• Check electrical connections and components on indoor and outdoor unit
• Check over general operations of system

Regular Maintenance – $235.00 Plus Tax

• Check temperatures across coil to ensure proper operation
• Clean or change air filters (new filter not included in cost)
• Clean drain, p-trap, and condensate pump
• Check electrical connections and components on indoor and outdoor unit
• Check over general operations of system
• Clean indoor coil on air handler
• Change batteries on the thermostat, outdoor and indoor air sensors

Deep Clean Maintenance** – $315.00 Plus Tax

• Check temperatures across coil to ensure proper operation
• Clean or change air filters (new filter not included in cost)
• Clean drain, p-trap, and condensate pump
• Check electrical connections and components on indoor and outdoor unit
• Check over general operations of system
• Clean indoor coil on air handler

Additional cost if doing HRV, Humidifier, or Dehumidifier maintenance $78.00. Please let us know if you have two central systems and we will provide you with a custom quote.

*Filters, humidifier pads and UV bulbs are not included and may be purchased through our service department.
