Degree Residential, originally Degree Technologies, was founded upon an evening discussion around a campfire between Murray Appleby and Robert (Bob Hudson). This was a conversation of how and what could be done differently in the Fredericton HVAC industry. Murray and Bob saw an opportunity to enhance refrigeration service and maintenance in the region, and so Degree Technologies Inc. was created.
The early days of Degree Technologies began by hitting the streets and knocking on the doors of local businesses. This continued until we were finally given the opportunity to show how “we”, Degree Technologies, do things differently. Our hard work and dedication have been instilled in our operations since day one, allowing Degree Residential to grow into the reputable business it is today.
Customer service has always been a number one priority. Establishing trust with clients by providing honest service, answering phone calls around the clock, and genuine hard work has built our loyal customer base. Moreover, establishing our company as a “brand choice” has proven its significance in gaining and retaining loyal customers. As we focused our energy on authenticating the “Degree” brand, our customer base continued to grow.
In 2021, Degree Technologies embraced the transition to becoming Degree Residential. With a desire to focus more heavily on residential clients, Degree’s co-owner, Murray, took on this side of the business. Degree Residential still holds the same company values and quality work under its new title.
Our expert HVAC technicians can be seen working every day in and around Fredericton and neighbouring communities in New Brunswick. Degree Residential is thankful for all of our customers, past, present and future! We are also appreciative of our loyal customers who constantly refer business to their friends, family, co-workers, peers and neighbours. Because of this, we continue to grow our staff, fleet of vehicles and business year after year. It is rewarding to serve such a gracious community.
